總統選舉登記最後1天，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文與副總統參選人陳建仁，今天上午前往中央選委會登記參選第14任總統、副總統選舉。 蔡英文、陳建仁登記過程相當快，登記後向媒體揮手致意，隨即在隨扈保護下上車離開，未做任何發言。
而登記現場，「反南鐵東移」民眾聚集在場外舉牌抗議，高喊回應勞工訴求；另外，高喊「蔡英文凍蒜」的支持者也在現場為英仁配加油，當蒜聲四起。警方出動維持秩序。
